RESISTANCE ON EXTERNAL WALLS
Coatings constitute the first layer of the facade : they are in direct contact with the external environment . The "defense " of the whole building depends on the degree of efficiency of this protection.
EVO3 shows high water repellency: it repels water in liquid form and at the same time it lets water through in form of steam . In this way the wall can "breathe". EVO3 provides excellent resistance both to UV radiation that could weaken the coating (plaster) and could even break it definitively and to stress due to freeze - thaw cycles that can make the surface of buildings more fragile. EVO3 has been formulated to provide adequate resistance to fungi , mold and algae. The product has passed the test of resistance to inoculation of fungal strains .
